Large "Master Bedroom" on main level with King Canopy Bed, rocking chair, 2 night stands, two 6 drawer dressers, 10 ft. of mirrored closet, makeup vanity, and bath room with tub/shower.

Large "Guest Bedroom #2" on main level with King Canopy Bed, rocking chair, 2 nights stands, three 6 drawer dressers, 4 ft. of closet and bath with shower.

 "Guest Bedroom #3" on main level with Queen Bed, 6 drawer dresser, night stand, chair, closet and incredible views!

Living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

 (Two twin size rollaway beds can be used for additional guests any where in the villa you would like to put them)

Lower level accommodations at Villa Dawn

Fourth Bedroom in lower level suite with two twin beds (can be made up as a king), night stand, 6 drawer dresser, 4 ft. of closet.

Daybed with trundle in the living room (can be used as twin beds or side by side), 4 drawer dresser in living room.

Fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV, VCR, Bath with shower.
